Before you start.
Can people outside our organisation receive the report?
Yes. Add their email addresses when you schedule it. They get the PDF or CSV, and the live link only if you have published the dashboard.
Can a report show personal answers?
A report shows only what the person who sends it may see, with the same permissions as the screen. Reports sent outside the organisation carry no notes about the data.
Will the Fidiba name be on our report?
On Free, each page’s footer says “Made with Fidiba”. Paid plans carry only the page numbers.
How many reports can we schedule?
Free includes one scheduled report, Individual five and Team as many as you need.
