Before you start.
Does Fidiba change anything on our Kobo server?
No. The connection only reads. Nothing is written back to KoboToolbox or ODK Central, and disconnecting keeps everything already brought in.
Which answers are brought in?
Text, numbers, dates and times, single and multiple choices, locations, groups and repeat groups (up to 100 rows per submission). Photos, audio and other files stay on your server.
Are rejected submissions brought in?
No. Kobo submissions marked "Not approved" and ODK Central submissions a reviewer rejected are left out. Edits made on the server after a submission was brought in are not picked up.
Is our API token safe?
Fidiba checks it with your server, then seals it with a key of your organisation. It is never shown again or written to logs, and removing the account deletes it.
