HOW PLANS COUNT
Free includes 3 users and Individual covers one person. On Team, each member of your organisation is one user. Dashboard viewers are free on every plan. People who respond through your public links are not members, so they are free and unlimited too.
Share your data sources with as many people as you like and take as many submissions as your programme brings in, on every plan.
On a smaller plan, anything over a limit stays and stays readable. It just cannot grow until there is room again.
QUESTIONS
Paying for a year costs less: Individual is $8 a month and Team $17 a user a month, billed once a year.
Everyone who is a member of your organisation and works on projects: Owners, Project managers and Project viewers. Free includes 3, Individual one and Team as many as you pay for. Dashboard viewers, who only see dashboards, are free on every plan. People who respond through public links, or open a public dashboard, never count.
Every plan can send a data source to people on WhatsApp, where they answer in the chat. Each month includes 25 invitations on Free, 100 on Individual and 300 on Team. Individual and Team can buy credit packs for more; credits never expire. Invitations WhatsApp cannot deliver do not count.
For large programmes we agree limits, onboarding, data migration and support in writing, with a quote in US dollars.
